The Friends of the San Carlos Adult Community Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization developed to provide financial support to address identified needs of senior citizens through grants and donations for programs, services and facility improvements of the San Carlos Adult Community Center. The Adult Community Center offers a full continuum of successful programs and services.

Founded in 1992, The Friends of the San Carlos Adult Community Center has exclusively and continuously provided financial support to the ACC programs and services that enrich the lives of our seniors.

The mission of the Adult Community Center is “to promote healthy lifestyles, lifelong learning and independence for adults 50 and over by providing opportunities for recreation, relationships and resources”. The San Carlos Adult Community Center provides programs, services and resources designed to promote quality of life, health and wellness and enhance independence. The Adult Community Center also provides a sense of place, strengthening the senior community.
